Q:  How do I set up my Digital Photo Frame?
A:  It is very simple to get your Digital Photo Frame out of the box and running in just a few minutes. Just plug the power adapter into the Digital Photo Frame and into a standard Wall Socket. Insert a memory card into the appropriate card slot on the side of the Digital Photo Frame, and turn it on. Your first slide show will automatically start to play.

Q:  What memory cards can the Digital Photo Frame Read?
A:  Compatible memory cards include Secure Digital, Multi Media Card, Compact Flash, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, Memory Stick Duo, and xD-Picture Card (compact Flash may not be compatible on some models).

Q:  I set up the Digital Photo Frame; why won't it turn on? And why did it go off automatically?
A:  Check if the Adapter is securely connected to the Photo Frame and make sure Power Switch is on. Press power button for more than 2 seconds to turn it on. Check the Power Saving feature in Set Up menu. Make sure this feature is turned off. Check the brightness control dial at top of the frame. The brightness could have been turned down too dark.

Q:   I have a memory card in the Digital Photo Frame; why can't I view my photos?
A:   Please make sure that the memory card is one of the formats listed above and that the files on the card are standard JPEG images files. Then, turn the Digital Photo Frame Off and make sure that the memory card is inserted all the way into the card slot and is facing the right direction. Turn the unit back On. You should see your first photo after a couple of seconds. Press Exit to open the Card Selection screen and make sure you have selected the right memory source (ie. the desired memory card). Then select Photos. You should see the Thumbnails listing all photos on the card.
Note: Some digital cameras save images in different formats. Please refer to your cameras manual if your photos are not standard JPEG files.

Q:   Why is the picture display slower with some pictures and faster with others?
A:   Higher resolution pictures take more time to load. Try using lower resolution pictures or downsampling your images. See your cameras operating manual for details on downsampling your photos.

Q:   Can I insert multiple memory cards?
A:   Yes. Turn on the unit before inserting any card in. The Card Selection Screen allows you to choose between all available memory cards.

Q:   Does the Digital Photo Frame have built-in memory?
A:   It depends on models. Most of our products have built-in memory.

Q:   Does the Digital Photo Frame support all movie formats?
A:   Our Digital Photo Frame supports JEPG and Motion JPEG (AVI) files. The Digital Photo Frame may not read all images or video files downloaded from Internet or any other software graphic applications.

Q:   How do I display four photos at a time?
A:   Turn the Magic Window feature On, which can be accessed through Set Up menu. Toggle between ON and OFF will allow you to display either One or Four photo(s) at a time.

Q:     Can I slideshow the photos that are saved in a particular folder only?
A:      The Digital Photo Frame is capable of running Slideshow for all photos that are saved in selected memory source, but not in particular folder.

Q:     How do I slideshow the photos in the order I want?
A:      Copy the photos to desired memory source (ie. memory card or USB device) or built-in memory in the sequence you want the Slideshow to display. The Digital Photo Frame uses different sorting algorithm to the computer. You may also want to turn Slide Show Shuffle feature off. (Refer to p.15)

Q:   Why did the frame stop playing photos in slideshow?
A:   Unsupported file types (BMP, GIF, PSD...) may cause your frame to stop responding. Please ensure only JPG image format photos are copied to the memory.

Q:   I have connected the photo frame to my computer via USB cable, why didn't show up in the system?
A:   Some computers may not feed enough power to the front USB ports. Please always plug it into the back USB ports. Ensure the notebook is plugged into mains if you are using notebook.
